These blondies need no explanation. What else is there to say after just reading the title? They’re delicious. I’ve told you all I can! Well, I could recommend adding a scoop of vanilla and a few fresh strawberries. And I might also suggest making them sooner than later. But besides that, the power is in your hands!

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
12 T. butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8×8 baking dish. Line with parchment paper and grease parchment paper.
1. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar in larger bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Fold in dry ingredients into egg mixture until just combined. Do not overmix. Fold in white chocolate chips and pecans.
4. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 20-22 minutes, until top is shiny and cracked. Serve warm with ice cream. Yum.
